Lazy Miners Inc. ships cryptocurrency mining hardware across Canada and internationally. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
We ship using a selection of trusted carriers depending on the destination, parcel weight, and dimensions:
Lazy Miners Inc. reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment. If you have a carrier preference, please note it at checkout and we will accommodate where possible.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. During high-demand periods or for large or special orders, processing may take longer. If your order will be delayed beyond 3 business days, we willcontact you with an updated dispatch estimate. Custom or special-order items are subject to separate lead times communicated at the time of purchase.
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details. Please note the following for international orders:
A signature is required on delivery for all Lazy Miners Inc. shipments. This applies to both domestic and international orders. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot for pickup. Lazy Miners Inc. is not responsible for delays resulting from failed delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to sign at your shipping address, or provide a business address where signatures can be received during business hours.
Basic carrier liability coverage is included with all shipments at no extra cost. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend purchasing additional shipment insurance. Optional insurance coverage is available on request — please contact us at info@lazyminers.com before placing your order if you would like a quote for supplemental insurance. Lazy Miners Inc. is not liable for loss or damage beyond the carrier’s standard liability limits unless additional insurance has been arranged and confirmed in writing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@lazyminers.com.
Due to the size and weight of certain mining hardware, some remote or rural locations within Canada may have limited carrier options or higher shipping rates. We will contact you if your order cannot be shipped to your specified address using standard rates, and will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information for updates. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), contact us at info@lazyminers.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph both the outer packaging and the item before opening further, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lazyminers.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Lazy Miners Inc. is not responsible for delays, undeliverable shipments, or additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@lazyminers.com and we will attempt to correct it before dispatch.
